Pros
Easy to pop open and refill too. The top conveniently pops open and doesn't leak. I like the locking feature so the lid can't just pop open.
The glass ensures that your water always tastes fresh and clean! I have illnesses that require water from glass. The reason i buy the glass bottle is to put my herbal tea with hot water. Pricy, but worth the better taste and safer materials.
Everything comes apart for cleaning which also allows for easy drying and customizable colors if you have other zulu bottles. The sleeves and lids are interchangeable. They clean up nicely in the dishwasher.
These are great for mixing supplements or flavoring into your drinking water.
Cons

Some of my bottles from other brands have snap open lids but no lock

The best part that the glass extends into the cap which means that you actually are drinking from the glass itself and not from plastic cap

The only issue is that the mouth of the bottle is somewhat narrow an if you like to put ice in your drinks you will need small ice cubes as regular size cubes wont fit

Complaints to the contrary are probably due to not having attached the lid on right

However the rubberized outside either comes off too easily or is difficult to get off for cleaning
