When i ordered the product it didn’t work i contacted zosi view right away and they sent me a brand new dvr which now does work however the system is a harder to understand and use i had to look up videos on youtube to learn how to navigate the system

Works great for what i needed it for dvr tends to reboot itself occasionally but doesnt seem to affect anything at all

This is a great product pictures are good both day and night easy to set up internet connection just not able yet to get email sent if motion is trigered sure ill figure it out
