The st dth works very well and very fast overall. Great customer support and great packaging. The only downside is the price.

This is the first z-wave plus device i have set up. It is zwave so must have a zwave hub. You have to be a little savvy to install a custom device handler.

The smartest house has an avid fan. The motion sensing and options in smartthings are awesome. I use the zse40 multi sensor with smartthings and have found it to be one of the most reliable sensors.

The humidity sensor detects if the level drops below 30% and then turns on a switch that starts up the humidifier.

Unplug the hub, wait 30 sec. This device comes with no useful instructions, nor any device handler, which is basically software code you have to load up in your hub's account. Setup with smartthings is not very straight forward.
