Pros
They ship with a panasonic cr123 in the box. It's best to use unsecured so it doesn't drain the battery as quickly.
One for the main washroom and one for the living room. Comparing humidity between the two rooms allows me to automatically turn on/off the exhaust fan in washroom based on the humidity comparison.
Using with smartthings. Available smartthings device handler works well.
Cons
Does not connect with vera properly. Tried helpdesk with vera and zooz support. Temperature and humidity values are always higher than reality.

I wasted a little while confusedly connecting resetting and reconnecting these to my zwave network because upon connection they would report the battery level as 100 but 0 for temp humid etc

In essence it will return 0 for temperature until theres a change at which point it will start returning the proper values
