Adding the zen51 required only a z-wave js inclusion, it was instantly detected. Big tip is to do a full reset before trying to pair the first time. Connected up to hubitat in seconds, and responds instantly.

    And actually better if you have their wired cosmoke combined detectors since it can recognize the smoke vs co alerts on the signal wire separately while rm4 only gives you a single output asserted for either one unlike similar bridge kidde sells for their wired detectors which does have smokeco outputs

    I have an application to use a double dry contact relay and assumed that the single relay and double relay are both the same with the only difference being one controls one circuit and the other controls two circuits
