The display is only on for a couple of seconds enough for you to check the time and press the button to see how many steps etc you have taken

Does what a fit bit does but for a lot less money heart rate isnt always accurate but apparently the only way to get an accurate reading is to use a chest strap

The instructions could do with being retranslated as theyre in engrish but theres not exactly many instructions needed and the app works well
