Pros
Zojirushi thermal mugs keep beverages hot for up to 6 hours. I prefer the screw-off top, but tilting my head back with a thermos sticking in the air looks awkward. I only wish they offer a more rugged travel mug with somewhere to clip it through.
It saves me from having to keep reheating my tea or coffee in the microwave. I usually just have a few shots of espresso so the size is also a plus. The only downside is that the coffee stays so hot.
Cons
The functionality of this mug is terrible. The stopper is needlessly complex.
Lid has to be * open to drink from. Unless the whole contraption on the top is not meant to be a sippy lid. Then, there is a removable ring that goes on the mouth of the bottle.

As always the quality is great it can keep water hot for very long period of time
As always expect this brand really do deliver the best quality product water bottle
The quality doesnt seem as premium as their other line up and the top cap is a bit flimsy
Ive noticed my ice melts in the container by the end of the day whifch never happened with the fliptop versions
Price
Zojirushi is actually a superior brand to tiger which reflected on the price as well
Packaging/appearance
I specifically bought this as i needed a travel mug with a narrow diameter specifically to the fit the cup holder in the a320
In contrast the fliptop you just flip it open and the top stays attached to the container
Competitiveness
I love zojirushi products and they are worth the price
This is my 5th zojirushi stainless steel travel mug
But i hv a zojirushi thermos from years back and it keeps my liquids piping hot for over 36 hrs

Note its not a commuter mug its not designed to drink from its designed to transport liquids to other receptacles from which your drink

I hope they never change the manufacturing process my coffee is steaming hot over 3 hours after i filled it

While i have bought many mugs from zojirushi this mug was pretty cheap so i bought another

To my surprise the cap on top comes off very easily and easy to clean

Unfortunately the product does let out a bit of water from the steam pressure
