Pros

Zojirushi is a brand i trust. I trust this brand and they have not disappoint me yet. Easy to clean and drip resistent.

This carafe really keeps my tea hot for the whole day. It keeps liquids hot even overnight. When relatively full, liquids stay warm until the next day. No smell and keeps water hot for more than 24 hours.

This thermal carafe is fantastic. The glass vacuum liner is somewhat delicate, so the carafe must be handled with care. It also pairs well with our electric kettle which heats 1.

Cons

Zojirushi america refuses to make good on the purchase. Not good. Totally unacceptable. My recommendation is to completely stay away from this poorly designed product.

Water accumulates between the stainless steel exterior and the glass thermal bottle. The metal siding also leaks water. The stopper can't be closed without removing the cap.

Lid cannot be properly washed and cleaned. There is no way to get a sponge or a brush into all affected places. I just wipe it dry with a towel.

Swivel on the base is an annoyance with no real value to me. Dislikes; it's just way too big on the outside.

Good packaging to protect the fragile product

I received the first one for christmas but a small drop shattered it before i got it out of the box

Competitiveness

I bought this carafe to replace another one from this brand that my mom gave me and its 27 years old

I have found nothing that keeps stuff hot as long as any of the zojirushi products

For the same price id recommend zojirushi for the best performance

This is even better than the 2019 one
