I havent had any problems brewing tea with it but cleaning it is very difficult because you have to dig down inside with your fingers or cleaning supplies to remove stuck leaves and tea stains

Often leaving the entire infuser chain and all in the mug forcing you to get something else to remove the infuser or stick your finger in boiling hot water
