Pros & Cons
Pros
A must for swimmers. They provide a perfectly watertight seal. Used this brand and type of ear plugs for my daily swim for years.
Rubber is soft and well made, more comfortable than the speedo buofuse plugs. Their shape moulds in the ear, fits absolutely brilliant and does not move at all, stays nice and put and its really comfy too.
They aren’t perfect but defiantly better than the rest. My zoggs are the answer to my prayers. V happy and will get another set.
It’s a game changer. Excellent ear plugs. Works as expected. The silicone is excellent.
Cons
Not fit for purpose, bad fit, fiddly to get in and impossible to keep in. When inserting them in, these have to be rotated to fit in the ears.

I think with plugs it’s totally down to the shape of your ear so my recommendation is keep trying different ones until one pair works
