Pros

No more fidgeting with the pillow. I read all the reviews, like many was skeptical. It's not a miracle worker but has helped much more than most.

It's not hot like some, and it is customizable. The pillow is slightly overstuffed and came with a blue bag used to empty the stuffing into for your desired fluff level. The stuffing itself is incredible.

Cons

This pillow is overpriced lump of jump. I wish this pillow had greater longevity and consistency.

I find myself fluffing the pillow a couple times a night and adjusting the levels to much.

Pictures of this pillow alone are deceiving. Where all these rave reviews came from is beyond me.

Sleeping on the pillow without any cover is just uncomfortable as it's all lumpy and bumpy from the memory foam. The fabric of the case is not crisp and cool, it is rather disgusting, like a 1970's quilted polyester robe.

Folks i love this pillow it’s pricey yet worth every dime

I spent over 500 in pillows for the past 12 months and finally found my pillow ❤️

I have bought pillows twice the cost of this and did not like them as well

Came with a bag for the removal of stuffing if you need it i didnt remove any3
