The one it replaced had 4 bolts holding two pieces together which simply started leaking eventually

It isnt super noisy but when the pump shuts off there is an audible thud from the valve stopping the water

Have it installedcould not use the clamps supplied as the clamp screw was not stanless steel although the clamp itself was

I was watching the sump pump work and stop i cant even hear the valve shut off standing next to it
