My sump pump makes a very loud bang after it pumps i tried a different type of check valve and it didnt work that great and got very loud after a short time

I had another companies check value that absorbed the water hammer and did a good job of eliminating any noise and vibration but boy when it failed it was really bad

The only negative is you have to glue the pvc pipe to it instead of a clamp
