Pros
Couldn't be happier. Excellent quality part and easy install. Seems to be working. Replacing the old flapper valve assembly with this new piece took care of the problem.
Cons
Not a zodiac/jandy valve as advertised. Only came with red flapper and no clear cap cover.

Knew it needed to be changed because the spa level would drop gradually with the pump off
