The zmodo app can be a little finicky and sometimes it just seems to decide not to work
I take a large ziplock bag and cut a hole the size of the camera lens
But sometimes ill enable alexa by talking through myy camera

Ive never had a warning when i wasnt actually at home so im not positive it works when im not nearby
