Pros

Hand grip becomes strong because you have to constantly keep it grasped during exercise. Easy to hold for 91 year old needing strengthening. These are nicer than the bean or sand filled ones.

Use while walking to add arm exercises to daily routine, without adding extra time to exercise regime. These weights give me the added work out i need to strengthen my wrists and hands. They also can be used while walking for extra calorie burning.

Great item. Good product, well made. Will work perfectly. Great price. Great product. Amazing product.

Cons

I find these 3 pounders very bulky compared to another brand of weights i own. These weights leave bruises on the back of your hands.
