Pros

The purple hybrid premier 3 mattress weighs 145lbs. The frame is very sturdy and with much wider metal slats compared to other mattress frames i've seen with skinny little wires that run the risk of popping off.

Instructions are clear for easy assembling, but a tad time consuming for 1 person. They are easy to assemble and very sturdy.

Ziyoo 16 inch platform bed frame base, twin xl. Well engineered and structurally stable. Full 16 clearance under the bed. Extra thick pillow top mattress which is 16 from top to bottom.

Love having the extra room. And there really is a ton of storage under. Underneath storage is was not all selling point for me - but having it is a bonus.

To attach the two halves together, hook the flat metal piece over the inside of the protruding pieces and thread through and tighten down the bolts. It's easiest if you just hold the nut on with the wrench and tighten with the allen wrench.
