Pros & Cons
Pros
Product works well and comes with two hose *. Easy to install and works as described. Both parts function well on the zip line. The product fully corresponds to the description, and the attraction ropes retain their operational characteristics.
Stops zipline smoothly. When you touch the spring, you smoothly cling to it. Rubber grommets help slow the rebound so it doesn't just bounce back. The rider still gets a good rotation at the end.
Cons
Started to rust after a couple of months outside. Not happy with the quality of the steel. Does not fit 3/8 cable, hole is to small.

Because allowing children without testing is dangerous to their lives
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The coil spring action actually added to the zipline experience causing the child to suddenly whip towards the end point and swing back and forth to a gradual stop
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Larger children or longer zip lines would find that the swing after hitting the spring brake was too short causing the rider to hit the poletree at the landing requiring an additional brake coil
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
We just had to take the cable down thread it through the spring brake and then put it back up
