Cons
No digging for a separate card. It is a very unnatural color and makes everyone look deathly pale. My penlight should be durable; these are not.
The penlight works but the batteries are corrupted. I think that the compartment is just a couple mm too long for the batteries. When the cap from the working * placed on the non-working pen it works, but not well.
It's embarrassing for me as a physician to have to go through this every time i need to do a physical exam. The intensity is also too bright for eye-exams and causes the blue-purple spot in the vision of the examinee way longer than other pen-lights.

Overall great purchase and worth the price
Went on a limb trying them out and they worked great and there price is amazing i got 2 for less than 5 dollars
I was given this product as a discount for providing my honest and unbiased opinion
My local uniform stores charge up to 15 for a higher end pen light
Packaging/appearance
They came in good packaging batteries included and are at a good price
Very high quality for the price and great packaging
The packaging is nice and feels nice the package has a nice weight to it and seems to be made of aluminum
If youre going to supply batteries put decent ones in there and package them properly
Competitiveness
Trust me this is a much better deal
I have purchased handfuls of disposable penlights thinking i was getting a better deal but hands down none compare to these
I found with zitrades pen light that i had less issues
