Great aid in finding studs, headers and any wood to which drywall is attached with steel/iron-based fasteners, typically screws. Centering display feature, and that it can sense electrical wiring (little lighting bolt) works fine and the red projected... Read More

Cons

This thing constantly beeps in error. Indicator goes off or a normal scan and marks a stud. Would not power on. This device is so clueless.

The tool is clumsy, hard to use and inaccurate. Location of a stud appears to work until you come to actually drill to locate and find the result (after checking multiple times) is inaccurate.

Manufacturers of this product do not care even remotely about offering a quality product. Totally waste of $26 bucks. Zercon probably imports this garbage for fifty cents each.
