With the stanley i often would go back with finishing nails to verify the edges and try to find the center
I dont do this with the zircon i520 because i have faith that the center has been found

The ac detection is the least accurate unfortunately

It works good when youre within a few inches of an outlet or junction box otherwise its real spotty if it actually detects it or if what it detects is actually ac wire

The bottom line was that it just was too inefficient for a project that required numerous studs to be marked

The prefabbed grooves on the fasttracks are particularly troublesome with inaccurate marks since they all have to line up to work properly
