Pros

It's worth the money in my opinion will be recommending it to my family and friends. Very reasonably priced for such a great product. I still love it and it elevates the room.

The color of the bamboo is very nice not super gray just a smooth gray to dark brown glossy finish. I think i chose the chestnut brown option. They seem to hold and do the job, but i do seriously question that for heavier people.

The styrofoam packing is all in its own plastic bag; no mess. The wrench they provide makes assembly a breeze and is worth keeping. It is so easy to assemble!

Cons

Very squeaky after 8 mos, then collapsed. Annoying customer service too. Took over 24 hours for them to respond to which they want a copy of my receipt downloaded and all this nonsense. Not good packaging.

The wooden slat was cracked in multiple areas. This mattress however is hard.

I own a twin zinus metal frame and this one is pretty similar except that the queen bed has the center metal bar for added mattress support
