Pros

With my being only 4 feet 10 inches tall, this box springs is a great way to shorten a tall bed. It is pretty low, so pay attention to measurements, but this is exactly what i wanted for the platform * of my mid century bed.

Zinus is a brand i will buy a million more times and recommend at every opportunity. Great quality for the price. Very well packaged. Worth every penny.

The zinus metal box spring is perfect. It’s quite sturdy and fit perfectly.

Once placed on the frame and ashley 12 inch memory foam mattress sags badly in the area where you would sit down. Not full box spring so mattress s sag in big areas. Ad is very misleading.

Going to contact seller about return or replacement. Didn't allow to cancel and charged me 28 dollars for return shipping of an unopened item. They offer to replace it, though the design is damaged, but do not offer a refund or even store credit.

Two thumbs down. As you dig way deeper in the product description (as i just did), you find out that it is 2 pieces and they do not connect in any way. Barely 2 inches.

For about six months we had a two piece platform to hold our mattress but it was very unattractive

The headboard curves a few inches around to the sides and i could not get a fitted sheet on the mattress

Ive got new mattress in a box and works great with this spring base

This foldable box spring was exactly what i need to give a 4 inch boost on top of the rails and get the 13 inch mattress to normal height

I open the box and received a treadmill instead

I was excited to get my box spring that is supposed to fold out
