Pros

Zint's cacao nibs are really high quality and taste great. Added a wonderful crunchy chocolate accent when sprinkled onto the icing. Good as a cereal topper.

They are like dessert! Not as many bloomed pieces, not too much bitterness. More bitter than chocolate chips but so nice to replace some of sweetened chocolate chips with these. These are amazingly fresh and fragrant.

If you do put nibs in granola, letting them soak for a bit softens them up and releases more of the flavor. No shells, wonderful aroma.

Cons

Felt like mestrual cramps. Not sure if is the intestines or colon.
