Completely runny substance. This seems to be expensive pva.

I was happy with the application it was easy to use dried quickly in the sunshine and was ready to recoat within a couple of hours
But my plan is to wait for a free dry day and then repaint with the original green top colour

So on a dry sunny day i roughly sanded everything back removed as much flakey paint as possible and then gave 2 coats of this
