You must be very careful with the dosage in this tablet as it is very high maybe too high as it could stop the absorption of copper

Over the short term this dosage should be fine but taking this level for longer could cause serious problems particularly by reducing your copper levels so should be avoided

They are solid tablets as opposed to capsules slightly off white

They are quite chunky and grey in appearance and the taste is unsurprisingly quite metallic
