Pros
The capsules are large but easy to *, leave no aftertaste and are packaged securely. Taking them is easy and swallowing them is also not a problem. They have no smell or after taste either.
The addition of the probiotics helps the health of your digestive system. The healthier your tummy biome is the better yoir digestion and absorption will be. Do research the need for copper - if it suits you, then this is a great supplement.
I was very happy with the packaging, it is very minimal and professional. There are no flashy colours or anything on the bottle that might attract little ones to it. It does what it says on the tin.
