A word of caution though the paint that fades off and on the hair on the couple is actually protected by layer of very thin plastic filament that comes off easily if you had scrub the mug

Once the plastic cover is lost the paint can actually be scratched off easily and hence taking a star off the review

The thin film being washed off after repeated use i made sure to tell her to not use it as an everyday mug but treat it more as a keepsake

Its a very cute mug however the one i received had a crack on the inside bottom of the mug still held liquid and there is a thin film covering the people that came off the first time i had it in water
