Pros

Zicam is the best decongestant on the market. Zycam is the only product that completely opens up my sinuses. It’s natural nasal spray. I recommend this to everyone anytime they complain of a stuffy nose.

Cons

This is not a natural or homeopathic product. This item is more like herbal stuff. Refund is requessted.

The dispenser outputs an unsatisfactory, squirt gun type stream, not a mist like i'm used to. When you get it open it is still very hard to use and it leaks. In addition, the dispenser is a total fail.
