Pros

The second i feel something coming on i start taking these. Both times, kept the symptoms very mild overall and knocked it out completely in about 3-4 days. I keep a bottle in my purse and it definitely helps. My immune system thanks me for it.

It works really good, that's why i reordered it. The flavor is soooo good. It dissolves easily in the mouth and has a good taste.

Cons

Ionized zinc isn’t zinc. The reason so many people think this is effective is because a cold or flu doesn't last forever anyways. It’s a homeopathic placebo.

Just sitting here my tongue feels like i have just burnt it. I dissolve a tablet then i throw it away when i get near the core. Secondly i hate the ‘dry’ taste of it, makes me feel nauseous.
