If you have frosted glass enclosures that get illuminated from bulb with a normal bulb or you want reflected light from the ceiling these lamps wont do that all the light is projected forward

They still get warm and can burn if you touch the aluminum housing but not even close to the old ones

The silver color matches my track and fixtures and most importantly the lights are as bright if not brighter than the original 50w halogens with the same color signature

None of this brand that ive bought have burned out but another brand i bought on amazon that was slightly cheaper almost all of them burned out within a couple months
