The sensation was very interesting i found through a mere hour or so of exploration that you must relax your anal sphincter without pushing at all in order to fully experience the effects otherwise it doesnt work as well

Beware also that if you turn the device up to the higher settings your legs and anal muscles will indeed begin spazzing out and it will feel great but it youre in the wrong position it will just suck the plug in tigher against your insides and may poke and hurt some
