Filters leak black! Pretty sure these filters were used and resealed. Water was scented. I read somewhere that this is just condensation and doesn’t effect the filter.
Some seriously disgusting and reprehensible behavior from zerowater. I sometimes feel amazon buys flawed products. This is unacceptable.

I love zero water and the fact it takes out everything some may say is not good because you need minerals in your water

I mean yes but not fluoride and everything else they put in i prefer to add my own minerals or just drink the water it filters out
