Function the design of the containers are very simple and practical if you do not pay attention when filling they will over flow if not setting on level table larger molesand you try and fill them the water appears low and flowed out the back of the unit

The filters are not cheap you get get what you pay for almost pure water

With this jug you have to take out the splash collarring off of the water coolerdispenser to keep it from leakingthis is included in the directions so im not sure why people experience leaks unless they just assembled it incorrectly
