Pros

Best water purifier ever. Reminds me of the flavour of dasani tbh. In taste comparison back to unfiltered tap water it really removes the city water taste 100%.

It's bad enough that their filters are expensive but their overpriced pitcher is not built to last. This is way too pricey to be needing a change that fast. Not a sustainable or affordable solution.

It's been redesigned. The cover no longer flips up. The lid is a bit cumbersome too.
