The water was scented. Lasted about a week or so. The first filter lasted for 4 weeks or approximately 45 gallons before the water started to have a strong metallic taste.
Our filtered water shows a reading of 11. The next 2 are no where near zero. There is no one to contact to voice my issues with this product, so it's just money wasted.
