Pros
The zerowater filter system is very easy to use. Three fills a day 7 days a week. The jug even has a gauge for verifying when the filter needs to be changed. The meter is a real bonus.
Cons
Filters work great for the first couple of weeks, then the water starts smelling like fish. Ordered january 2021 and threw all 4 filters in the garbage today march 18, 2021.

The tester says zero zero ppm but water is to trow up! Higher, almost double than tap? It's useless when tap water leaks into the pitcher. I didn't like the redesigned brita filters as well as the original ones.
Not filtering well. You have to constantly pour out the excess water in the top, to refill it again.

I personally love the taste of a cold drink of zero water right out of the fridge
No idea why as only water goes into the resevoir

When i ordered the item it didnt have a realistic picture of the original box in came in but upon receiving the item i saw it was the same as i bought at walmart last year and that made me very happy
