Pros
The water taste is great compared with tap and fridge both. The filter removes minerals which is important for humidifiers and delicate plants. The 23 cup model is large so take measurements inside your fridge to ensure it will fit.
Cons
The water tester provided read zero, as promised. After just 2 uses the reading was 017. I'm calling the company and asking for a refund.
This product’s filter only lasts 2 changes of water. In any case, chlorinated water is common and whether that is the problem or not, the filter fails after a few refills. At $115 canadian for 8 filters it amounts to too much money.
We need to change the filter very often because the water gets a fishy smell. Is downright painful. After 3 weeks it now makes the water smell like fish! Junk and smells fishy.

Battery on the tds tester died after only a few uses cant figure out if it opens to replace the battery🤷♂️
