Pros

It doubles as a great conversational piece. Each friend of mine who has come over immediately brings it up and compliments how cool it is. The design of this container fits great in a refrigerator without taking up too much space.

Measured the brita water, was still 300. Water tester is helpful and accurate.

Cons

The meter reads in the hundreds when it advises you to replace the filter once it reads 6ppm. Only on my third time of refill it reads 011 ppm.

It takes about 10-15 minutes for the water to filter through into the main reservoir. After 2 months of daily/regular use it leaks from the spigot. Drips every 7 seconds even after attempting to adjust it.

At a certain point they impart a disgusting flavor to the water. This filter absolutely hates chlorine and it begins to smell fishy as a result if your city water is chlorinated.

The water quality after filtering is amazing

The filter lasted for 3 months with 120 tds source water

I have saved so much money since i bought it because i don’t have to buy bottled water anymore

I have well water with an inexpensive in line filtering system

We can now save money and stop putting as much micro plastic in our bodies because of all the bottled water we had to buy
