Pros
Just spray and mold is gone. I soaked a rag with the zep and placed it on the gasket for about 10 minutes. Spray the caulking then put the strips of paper towel over the caulks. Our grout looks new!
Love zep. This stuff is the bomb. This is all you need. Definitely recommend. It is amazing.
This works much better than clr mold remover. Does not overwhelm with smell. Works better than plain old bleach!
Cons
Box was bleached. Spray nozzle on one bottle non-functional. House now smells like a chlorine swimming pool.

I have been trying every bathroom cleaner on the bathroom tile to get the black marks that have formed over the years but nothing works

We clean the bathroom every week but the cleaner just couldnt cut through the mold or mildew

There are products that are cheaper but if you have to work harder to get a cheaper product to do the job it is not very cost effective
