I tried to just one of my other knives today but it did not work well at all

The only problem is the handles after a year of regular use they started breaking on the top when the blade is attached not exactly a good breaking place

I still would buy them again but advise buyers that where the blade meets the handle on the sharp side the blade is not fully inset into the handle
