This works like a charm and for those complaining about the seam against your thumb you can turn the brace inside out as i did and not feel the seam at least on mine

As others have said there is no wrist support with the sleeve rolled down the forearm my forearms are too big and the sleeve was way too tight to use as the company photo shows

As i have read in other posts you could probably use this sleeve on the golf course but i would not recommend it
