Pros
It's quite well made and seems durable. The handle is very sturdy. It's pretty, and holds quite a fair amount of herbal tea.
Grey colour fits perfectly with wooden saucers and handle. Only downfall is that it can be scratched quite easily. Also looks nice and makes me feel my tea even smells and tastes better than before!
Cons
If you are a massive tea drinker this pot is not for you. Cleaning it is a nightmare every time you need bleach and and brush. The cups although look cool are meant for drinking tea but are more suited for coffee again stains are a pain.

There is some dripping down on the spout but it can be solved with a tray or stand

It doesnt stay hot for very long so when i am working and sipping tea i put a tea cosy or a tea towel over the body of the teapot to keep it warm for longer
