Air got into the frame when shipped or when manufactured and this causes the sand to not flow properly.

However, after receiving this i would have been better off just burning my money and gotten a few seconds of heat (its winter here in canada).

Its a piece of very cheap crap that doesn't even come close to what its decription indicates.

Unfortunately, the sand moves pretty slowly and get stuck frequently so he is not very interested in it.

The sand seems to get lodged in the corners and then it has to be flipped and manipulated in various ways so the water can form bubbles in the sand to get it back down.
