Pros

The spearmint flavor is subtle, and exactly what i was looking for. The texture isn't bad, however, and certainly not a dealbreaker. Zellie's mints taste good and are priced right.

Eating xylitol stimulates saliva flow and also makes the mouth acid-neutral. Helps prevent plaque from sticking to teeth. Works when tongue feels like sandpaper.

Good news - at least, to me - is that there's no other sweeteners or caloric fillers. They have sort of a chalky consistency, which i like. They are so good it would be easy to overdo it.

Cons

The mints taste like spearmint, not peppermint. The texture feels off and they leave a filmy residue in the mouth. They have caused acid reflux and cramping.

These are kind of expensive but are supposed to be very good for your teeth so i guess that makes up for the price

Took a bit long to receive but i finally got it

Probably the most effective xylitol delivery to the mouth is by act mints which take a long time to deliver 10 minutes perhaps

Sturdy plastic bottle with a fliplid nicely packaged

The kids pack these mints in their lunch boxes and i keep some in my purse to pop after meals when we can’t brush
