Pros

The flavor of this gum is excellent. The taste lasts a long time. The cinnamon is so full of flavor and the fruity ones remind me of juicy fruit, but healthier!

This helps prevent cavities after your meals. They keep my mouth moist. The only downside is that it causes my mouth to become dry if i chew too much throughout the day.

Zellie's peppermint gum is an asset. Grams of xylitol daily prevents damage from dental plaque, dry mouth & acidity.

Cons

The gum stays chewy for a few minutes but it’s like chewing on parafilm with no flavor to even generate saliva. It also contain seed oils that are unhealthy. They contain a high amount of omega 6 which throws off the omega 3 in our bodies.
