It tends to slide around when there is no weight on the sling so anytime i raise the camera up to shoot i have to readjust the shoulder pad

This is only because the camera i use is very heavy and very expensive and i wanted to take no risks

So it was some weird cloth material with no padding inside that had stitching around it to attach it to the strap which pokes and irritates your neck

By design it is made to put full weight on your neck which is horrible

The included strap design made sure that the camera stayed put and didnt slide around which was awesome
