Improvements include a proportionalintegraldifferential pid controller that regulates circuit function in regards to temperature instead of the typical timer based stepdown features we are used to with flashlights

One seemingly contradictory result due to the pid the flashlight will actually run longer in hot environments because it is suppressing current to keep its temperatures in check
