Pros

Only complaint is that if stored at room temp they become very sticky in the wrapper. The flavor is so delicious. Plus the elderberry aides in giving it a nice natural taste and flavor. Better price than at store and good ingredients.

Zinc elderberry extract works great for sore throats and colds. Works to take away the tickle i get in my * with the heat on in the house.

Cons

These are also not keto. And they are not mentholated at all. More like a really flavorless hard candy.

My * still hurts and cough still persistent. Left a * after taste in my mouth. Ssoooo disappointing. I was left with almost a metallic taste.
