Get a socket from a socket wrench to use on the backside.

Cons

Mounting is a struggle with sharp copper edges covering the good access to the screws. The screws are too short, not just by a hair, but by at least a centimeter or more. The arm catches before it can swing out of the 'hole' for the heat sink.

I wish the designer used this product before finalizing the design, because it's a shoddy design to protect a $300 plus cpu.
